Summary of Our Terms of Sale Payment: We prefer payments through PayPal (fastest shipping). We also accept personal, business, cashiers checks, or money orders from U.S. customers only. U.S. Postal Money Orders are preferred. We hold checks/money orders up to 10 days for payment to clear before shipping. At this time, payment from International Customers is accepted through PayPal only. Fees: Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax. Reasonable handling fees are included in our shipping charges. Shipping: Shipping insurance is optional for lapidary items but is required for jewelry pieces. Please be aware that international packages may take longer to arrive than domestic packages. International buyers are responsible for any duties/tariffs that may be applicable in the destination country. We typically ship out orders within 48 to 72 hours of payment. Please bear with us as we occasionally experience delays for health reasons; however; we keep buyers informed when that happens. We ship daily as needed (except Sundays). Refunds and Returns: Items in the exact same condition as originally shipped may be returned. We cheerfully refund purchase price. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please email us within 7 days to obtain a return authorization. We ask that items be returned to us within 14 days. Contact Us: We prefer contact via email.
