| Does Rock and Jewelry Sensations accept checks and money orders? |
| Yes, we do accept checks and money orders from United States customers only. We hold checks/money orders for up to 10 business days to ensure that payments using these methods clear before shipping purchased items. Please make checks and/or money orders out to Rock and Jewelry Sensations. |
| What is Rock and Jewelry Sensations' return policy? |
| If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return items, uncut and unaltered, within fourteen (14) days of purchase. We will refund 100% of the purchase price but we do not refund shipping. Buyer pays return shipping. Please email us within seven (7) days of receipt of purchase to obtain a return authorization. |

If buying in bulk, tell us which product you wish to order, how much (in terms of weight) and provide your name and shipping address. Or, if buying individual pieces, provide product stock number(s). | What shipping methods does Rock and Jewelry Sensations use? |
| We use U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. For large orders (generally 10 pounds or more), we may use United Parcel Service (UPS) on a case-by-case basis. UPS includes tracking services. If you wish to insure your package, let us know at info@rocksensations.com. We will provide you with the final shipping/handling cost plus insurance. |
